• Attempt to bypass safety filters or jailbreak the system

• Spam, abuse, or overload the service
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the App’s systems

We may remove content or ban users who break these rules.

4. AI Outputs

• AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated.
• You are responsible for how you use any output.
• Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• Outputs are provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, branding, and code are owned by us.
• You retain rights to the content you submit.

Privacy Policy

• Chat messages you send and AI responses

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers, government IDs, or precise GPS location.

3. AI Processing

Your messages are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google’s Gemini API via our servers) to generate responses. Those providers process the content under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Data Storage & Third Parties

We use third-party services, including:

• Firebase — authentication and database
• Cloudflare — API proxy / infrastructure
• DeepSeek — AI generation

These services process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

• Account and chat data are kept while your account is active.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Some logs may be retained longer for security and legal reasons.

User content

AI-generated content

AI outputs may not be unique and may be similar to outputs generated for other users. We make no claim of exclusive ownership over model-generated text. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs does not violate third-party rights.
